1. Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
We do not accept returns for:
Products purchased during sale or promotions (unless damaged/defective)
Opened or used products
Change of mind
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@caretrybeauty.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the product and the issue
- Reason for the return
- Wait for our team to review and approve the return request.
- If approved, we’ll provide instructions for return shipping.
Note: Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the product was delivered damaged or incorrectly.
3. Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will:
- Notify you of the status of your return
- Process your refund within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, email us at support@caretrybeauty.com.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
